The colours of cenotes in the Quintana Roo inspired this painting. The hiking trip in the Oaxaca mountains reminds me of a story about the mystery of the pyramid hidden in- side. I have always been drawn to pyramids by their divine power and meticulous design, their magnificent structure and the myths and legends of their creators. I feel a deep connection with them, especially after visiting the pyramid ruins in Yucatan. The frequencies of the Earth’s natural beat and the rhythmic power of ancient creation led me to create this work. POA
