Chinese calligraphy pronounced yuan means reason or fate. It refers in Buddhism to the reason, cause, or chance of people brought together serendipitously, not realising they are in a predestined relationship. I had a revelation about certain relationships in my life, the roles other people played, and how their fate with others shaped my fate.
