Because of my mathematical background, I am fascinated by sacred geometry. The cir- cle is the shape traditionally assigned to Heaven and the square to the Earth. When the circle and square are unified by being made equal in area, Heaven and Earth, Spirit and Matter are symbolically combined.

I had a vision of golden circular lights on top of a pyramid in my meditation, but I didn’t know the exact meaning until I picked up the brush. I started to link the seven chakra colours to signify the energy running through our physical and psychic bodies. I believe we all have an inner temple constructed by our higher self. There may be darkness on the Earth surrounding us, but we can reach the golden light (enlightenment) by balancing our chakras. A spiritual practice. ‘Heaven on Earth’.
