I delve into the integration of the four essential elements of Alchemy—fire, water, earth, and air—symbolizing spirit, emotions, body, and mind. The central alchemist figure embodies the quest for balance and harmony, guiding us toward spiritual enlightenment. This work reconnects vividly with my cultural roots, tracing the ancient practice of Daoist Alchemy in China. It involves meditative and physical exercises designed to cultivate Jing (essence), Qi (energy), and Shen (spirit), harmonizing them to achieve balance and health, practitioners aim to align themselves with the Dao, experiencing a profound connection with the universe and achieving a state of spiritual wholeness.
